Candyland Designs is owned and operated by Leia Perez, a couture cake designer whose work has been featured in Cake Masters Magazine as well as The Sisaundra Show thrice.

Mrs. Perez began creating custom cakes in Kissimmee in 2017, joined with the Make-A-Wish bakers via Icing Smiles a year later, and has always donated a portion of all cake profits to the No Kid Hungry foundation. Perez is most passionate about her philanthropy in the sense that she is able to bring happiness into her community. As the founder of Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs, Perez grants weddings to couples suffering from life-altering health circumstances. Perez holds a business management and accounting BS from Case Western Reserve University and as an accountant in a previous lifetime, she still lends her accounting experience to the finance committees for several nonprofit executive boards.

I absolutely loved this cake!!!! I wanted to surprise my GF with a trip to mark off one of her bucket list experiences for her birthday but couldn’t figure out a creative way to tell her. Came up with an idea to present the trip in the form of a cake and Candyland Designs did not miss! Sent over my idea and some pics, and LISTEN - this cake came out better than I imagined and it was delicious! The flavor was a strawberry cake with lemon icing. Definitely 5/5 stars.

My daughters cake came out beautifully it exceeded my expectations. The cake we ordered was vanilla top tier chocolate in the middle and carrot cake on the bottom for my daughter and let me tell you it was the best tasting cake I ever had my daughter loved it and the whole party was asking me where did I order from. We are forever sticking with candy land there is no better cakes you guys, everyone has to try this place it’s amazing.

Absolutely amazing!!! I needed a very special cake made due to my friend having certain food allergies and Candyland Designs surely made it happen. I was so impressed with the finished product. Candy land Designs is one of my favorite places in town. I recently took a cake decorating class with Leia and it was one of the best experiences! Not only did she teach us step by step instructions but she also showed us techniques she uses in her every day baking ! Her class was informative and made me feel comfortable, not rushed. I’m happy I had the chance to meet and learn from her! I’ll definitely be back again for some tasty treats 😊

We had a baby shower at Candyland Designs on Main Street in Kissimmee and Leia and her staff were amazing. Everything was above our expectations. Superior customer service. The new photo booth machine was fun to try out and the chocolate fountain was to die for. Highly recommend Candyland Designs for your event needs

ABSOLUTELY thee most AMAZING cake ever!! Customer service was awesome and very helpful. Designer paid attention to exactly what I asked and was looking for. The detailing of this cake is just perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a cake. Don’t worry the cake tasted just as great as it looks. I tip my hat off to candyland designs.
